Strategic Programme for Planned Care

This function leads the national programme and is developing an implementation plan for the delivery of the five goals of planned care.

It focuses on increasing additional capacity and bringing services into balance.

The Programme is developing an implementation plan for the national 12 diagnostic strategy and providing leadership and co-ordination to ensure regional and local options are driven by optimal clinical pathways.
