Wales Cancer Network Patient Experience Survey

In the Wales Cancer Network we put patients, their families and carers at the heart of our work to improve cancer services and care in Wales.

Patient and carer experience is an important part of our mission to improve cancer care and recovery for patients across Wales.

The aim of this survey is to find out about the experiences of people affected by cancer living in Wales. We need you to share your honest and open thoughts with us.  This will help us support any changes to cancer services in the future, as we listen to the views of the people who use them.

This survey is aimed at patients who have received their cancer diagnosis within the last 2 years: you may have finished your treatment or still be receiving treatment in some form.

Filling in this survey is voluntary, and you can choose not to answer some or any of the questions. Your answers are anonymous, and we will use, manage, and store all data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 currently used in the UK. No personal identifiable data is being collected for the purposes of this survey.

Thank you for giving your time to take part, we really value your views and comments.

Please Note: This survey is anonymous, and we are unable to comment on or address any individual complaints which should be made directly to the Health Board providing your care.
